To properly assess the issue, please include the order number and photos.
When taking photographs, please follow these requirements:
Capture the full height and width of the product, placing a measuring tool (e.g., ruler or tape measure) next to it so that dimensions and the product’s position are clearly visible.
Take a photo of the defect together with the measuring tool to provide a clear sense of scale.
